Naturopath + Holistic Coach for women ready to feel better than “okay”
Is feeling ‘good enough’ really good enough?
It’s a big question, but an important one.
This is your one precious life.
You deserve to flourish, not just function.
Meet your naturopath
Danii here, hello!
I hold a few different titles — Bachelor-degree qualified Naturopath, Medical Herbalist and Nutritionist. Certified Holistic Mind Body Practitioner and Certified Personal Trainer. But becoming Ocean’s Mum is what shaped how I care for people the most.
Like many of the women I work with, I’ve experienced some hard chapters: a severe pregnancy condition callled hyperemesis gravidarum, anxiety and depression, losing my sense of joy, heart arrhythmia's and moments where I made the best health decisions I could with the knowledge I had at the time. These experiences largely inform how I practice.
I believe in meeting people exactly where they are, with compassion, empathy, and zero judgement. I’m not here to give you a magic solution. I’m here to guide you towards the best version of yourself with personalised, evidence-informed naturopathy support and to empower you to take ownership of your health through knowledge, tools, and developing self-trust in your body.
…and your holistic coach
I’m not the type of naturopath to write you a plan & send you on your merry way.
As a certified Holistic Coach, I combine Naturopathy (to get to the root) with Holistic Coaching (to make change stick).
This means you won’t just get a plan with steps that fit your lifestyle. You’ll also get ongoing coaching to ensure the plan is working.
My coaching-inclusive packages allow for extended consultations and ongoing care — rather than one-off appointments. This approach gives us the flexibility to evolve your plan over time, layering in different modalities and remedies as your needs change.
In their words…
“I no longer feel like a ship in the storm without an anchor. I don't feel so alone as you have empowered me to listen to my own voice and speak my truth. I recognise I have a LONG way to go but for the first time (probably in my adult life) I feel like I have the power to make decisions for myself, rather than make decisions because I HAVE to. I'm so much happier, my relationship is better, my house is tidier, I'm not as grumpy/ defensive, I can make myself do the things I don’t want to do rather than procrastinate. I'm seeing my friends more often and taking care of myself.”

New to naturopathy?
I once was too. Many of my clients are!
Naturopathy is a blend of ancient wisdom & modern science. It’s a form of natural medicine focused on addressing the root cause of imbalance, rather than just masking symptoms.
I believe the best outcomes happen when modern medicine and traditional therapies work together — not against each other. That’s why I practice integrative care, working alongside other healthcare providers and modalities to support your whole system: body, mind, emotions, and spirit.
In their words…
“After my hyperemesis gravidarum pregnancies I was struggling to find balance and feel like myself again. Danii listened closely to everything I shared and I always felt heard, understood and supported. Her holistic and research backed approach helped me make sense of what my body was going through and gave me real direction with my health. She also picked up on a red flag and encouraged me to speak with my GP about a specific concern. That conversation led to further investigations and a diagnosis I wouldn’t have received otherwise, and I am so grateful.”

Before we meet you should probably know…
I have ADHD — I will not judge you for taking the scenic route to get to the point of your story (in fact I’ll probably join for you a picnic, before guiding us gently back on track)
Are we a fit?
Creating real change takes more than a quick fix. It requires a personalised approach — and a genuine commitment to putting that plan into action.
We’re a match made in naturopathy heaven if…
You’re ready to commit to sustainable change & understand healing isn’t instant
You value honesty, even when it’s uncomfortable (sometimes honesty is the most loving thing we can do, especially when it comes to health)
You want to understand your body, not battle it
You’re willing to be patient, trusting that real, lasting change comes from showing up and doing the work over time
You’re open to a collaborative, whole-person approach to wellbeing
You want to feel seen, heard & accepted as you are
You’re okay with the occasional poop joke (because, yeah, I really do need to know everything)
