Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. When sessions are cancelled late or missed, it impacts our ability to support other clients and keep the clinic running sustainably. Thank you for understanding and respecting the policy below.

Notice period

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations or reschedules must be made via:

• Your booking link or

(Please note: social media messages may not be seen in time, cancellations will not be processed via social media.)

Late cancellations

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, the following applies:

• Individual appointments: 100% of the session fee may be charged
  
  

• Packages: The session may be deducted from your package, if this session is an initial consultation a $250 fee may be charged.
  
  

No-shows

If you do not attend your appointment and have not provided notice:

• The full appointment fee will be charged or
  
  

• The session will be deducted from your package
  
  

Late arrival

If you arrive late, your appointment will still finish at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients. The full session fee applies.

Illness and emergencies

We understand that genuine illness and unexpected emergencies happen.

• Please contact us as soon as possible if something unavoidable occurs.
  
  

• Fee waivers may be considered at our discretion, especially where notice is given.
  
  

Practitioner cancellations

If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered:

• A rescheduled appointment or
  
  

• A full refund (if applicable)

Repeat cancellations, reschedules, or late arrivals

Our work together relies on consistency, mutual respect, and protected therapeutic time.

• Repeated late cancellations, frequent rescheduling, or ongoing late arrivals may indicate that this is not the right time for you to engage in this work.
  
  

• In these circumstances, we reserve the right to pause or close the therapeutic relationship.
  
  

If this occurs:

• We will communicate this clearly and respectfully
  
  

• Where appropriate, we may suggest re-engaging at a later time or referring you to another practitioner or service that better fits your current capacity
  
  

This decision is never taken lightly and is made to protect the integrity of the therapeutic process and the sustainability of the clinic.

Agreement

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy.
